Huber y Eben Sabie elaboran en Torroja del Priorat, en este caso, con uva cariñena de unos 70 años de edad plantados en terrenos de pizarra negra, orientados al sud-este en la pequeña parcela de Les Tosses, de 1,2 ha. a 600 m. de altitud. Envejecido en foudres de roble francés durante 24 meses y embotellado por gravedad, sin clarificación ni filtración.
