Toro Albalá se creó en las antiguas instalaciones de la central eléctrica de Aguilar de la Frontera (Córdoba). Su fino Eléctrico es un homenaje a estos orígenes, que pronto fueron ideales para la crianza de sus famosos vinos conocidos como «eléctricos». Su original diseño, en forma de bombilla, hace referencia a su historia. De color amarillo pajizo y brillante, parece una luz encendida que se va a convertir en una copa acogedora y cálida. Se elabora con pedro ximénez de Montilla-Moriles, siguiendo el tradicional sistema de solera y criaderas, envejecido en bota de roble americano. Ideal con olivas, embutidos y pescaíto frito. Envejecido mediante el tradicional método de criadera y solera.
