Alma de Mar es uno de los grandes albariños que se pueden encontrar en Rías Baixas. Es un vino de parcela y debido a la situación de esta, al tipo de suelo y a su microclima hacen que sea un vino peculiar. Tremendamente salino, es evidente que este vino tiene alma de mar. Una vez realizada la fermentación maloláctica se realizan battonages de sus lías más finas durante algunos meses dependiendo de la añada.
