Apariencia: Pajizo brillante, amarillo dorado.
Nariz: Frutas tropicales y almendras maravillosamente integrados con los aromas de vainilla cedidos por la finura del roble.
Boca: Compacto y fresco, y a la vez untuoso y graso; notas aromáticas del mejor roble, acabado sedoso y persistente.
Maridaje: Particularmente indicado para pescados azules, moluscos y mariscos, arroces y verduras al horno, carnes blancas, quesos frescos y grasos.
