Cuenta para su elaboración con xarel·lo vermell de más de 80 años de una finca rodeada de bosque, brisa marina y mucha hierba mediterránea. Ligeramente envejecido en ánfora durante 4 semanas.Posterior battonage muy ligero y crianza con sus lías en depósito de acero inoxidable durante 4 meses.
