Después de cursar estudios en Montpellier y tras trabajar en diversas bodegas, adquirió una propiedad en el Rhône, junto a su esposa Rotem Brakin. Châteauneuf-du-Pape Omnia es uno de sus vinos más preciados, procedente de un ensamblaje de grenache, syrah y mourvèdre de diferentes parcelas que se criaron en barricas de roble 24 meses manteniendo una gran cantidad de lías. Un vino con una marcada personalidad, de nariz refinada y de boca intensa, sedosa y persistente, que en muy poco tiempo se ha convertido en toda una referencia de la región. Recomendamos decantar.
