Las más de 2.150 hectáreas de la bodega Cuatro Rayas son controladas con minuciosidad por el departamento técnico a lo largo de todo su ciclo vegetativo, con el fin de obtener la mayor calidad a la hora de la vendimia. Principalmente son de la variedad Verdejo, pero también Sauvignon Blanc, Viura, Palomino Fino y Tempranillo. Entre esas 2.150 hectáreas, la bodega posee una pequeña parte de viñedos centenarios plantados en «vaso» o «pie bajo» y, en gran parte prefiloxéricos. Esta zona, con un nivel de producción menor, es vendimiada manualmente. De estas cuidadas uvas nace Cuatro Rayas Viñedos Centenarios, el «capricho» de nuestro enólogo Ángel Calleja, un verdejo en todo su esplendor.
