Grupo Caballero es un grupo empresarial, con origen en el Puerto de Santa María y Jerez de la Frontera, que desarrolla principalmente actividades de vinos y bebidas espirituosas, complementadas con otras de tipo inmobiliario y agrícola. Este moscatel conmemora el nombramiento del Padre Lerchundi como Hijo Predilecto de la Villa de Chipiona en 1892. Desde entonces se elabora en recuerdo del ilustre franciscano. Vino elaborado 100% con uva moscatel, procedentes de la viña «Las Cruces» en Chipiona. Es envejecido por el sistema tradicional de «criaderas y solera» en barricas de roble americano.
