Una rareza irrepetible, única y muy escasa. Tras una crianza estática se han perdido más de 20 arrobas por evaporación, llevando al vino a una concentración excepcional. Tras la vendimia y antes de trasladar a la bodega, las uvas se sometieron al asoleo para que concentrasen sus azúcares. Una vez iniciada, la fermentación se paralizó para mantener azúcares de forma natural. Posteriormente inició la crianza en el sistema de Solera y Criaderas y desde 2001 este tonel ha mantenido una crianza estática. Vejez media: 27 años Producción: 204 botellas
