Pazo Señorans es una antigua casa solariega del siglo XVI, propiedad de la familia Mareque-Bueno, convertida en la actualidad en toda una referencia de Rías Baixas. Tras los Muros se elabora exclusivamente con albariño plantado en los viñedos más cercanos a la bodega, dentro de la finca Pazo Señorans. El mosto fermentó y se mantuvo con sus lías durante seis meses en barricas de uno y dos años. Un extraordinario blanco de producción limitada a 3.000 botellas que es su primer vino fermentado y criado en barrica. Gran guarda.
