Para muchos, el As Sortes de Rafael Palacios, hermano del laureado Álvaro, es el monovarietal de godello más conseguido hasta la fecha. Un godello elaborado con uva de viejos viñedos que Rafael recuperó del abandono, amplio, maduro y envolvente, con una rica expresión frutal (fruta blanca), notas cítricas, de panal de abejas, de yodo y de membrillo. Un blanco elegante, mineral, con un toque amargoso en su final. Criado, sobre sus lías, durante 8 meses en barricas de roble francés.
