Niño Perdido es el proyecto más confidencial de Javier Continente que rescata una tradición en peligro de extinción en Navarra y Aragón: los rancios secos. Con este propósito empezó a buscar madres –depósito sólido que se forma al fermentar vino– de toneles olvidados en bodegas de familias anónimas a las que hoy quiere rendir homenaje. Madre nº 1 Ladislao es muy intenso en nariz con recuerdos de miga de pan blanco y avellanas ligeramente tostadas. Tiene un buen recorrido en boca y deja unos marcados recuerdos de mazapán, madera y frutos secos. Una de las joyas de producción limitada de un proyecto extraordinario.
