Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot. 14 meses de barrica nueva de roble francés. Color cereza oscuro con bordes granate. Aromas a fruta madura, madera, balsámico. Apariencia: Color rojo cereza de medio, alta concentración.
Nariz: Polifacético e intrigante. Frutos rojos, arándano, zarzamora y chocolate.
Boca: Estructurado, elegante, equilibrado, con taninos dulces perfectamente integrados con una viva acidez; aromas de cereza, notas balsámicas, nuez y especias dulces. Envolvente, rico y suave, con taninos. Syrah intenso y expresivo.
Maridaje: Asados de carnes rojas, asados de caza y de plumas, quesos moderadamente maduros.
Época de vendimia: Merlot última semana de septiembre, Syrah primera y segunda semana de octubre y Cabernet Sauvignon entre tercera y cuarta de octubre.
Cosecha: Manual en cajas de 15 kg por parcelas y variedades.
Maceración: Pre-fermentativa en frío a 5 º C durante 24 horas.
Elaboración y crianza: Fermentación en tinas de roble francés y luego 14 meses en barrica nueva de roble francés.
