Época de vendimia: Merlot última semana de septiembre. Tempranillo y Syrah primera y segunda semana de octubre.
Cosecha: Mecánica y nocturna.
Maceración: Pre-fermentativa en frío a 5ºC durante 24 horas.
Elaboración y crianza: 30 % de la mezcla ha sido fermentada en tinas de roble francés y 70 % en depósitos de acero. Crianza de 12 meses en barrica nueva de roble francés.
Apariencia: Color rojo cereza con ligeros reflejos rubí.
Nariz: Abundancia de frutos rojos, ciruela, baya negra madura típica de la Tempranillo, aromas de cacao.
Boca: Frutado y largo, frescura y concentración, taninos de terciopelo.
Maridaje: Ideal para disfrutar por copas, combina muy bien en la cocina mediterránea, cocina étnica; carnes blancas, chuletas de cerdo a la parrilla.
