Idus de Vall Llach es un vino pensado para la degustación serena y placentera, sin prisas. Un vino que bebe de la sabiduría de unos viejos viñedos de cariñena que viticultores de la zona han sabido preservar al largo de los años, manteniéndolos mediante el cultivo tradicional, en vaso. Idus es un vino elegante y moderno, con la mineralidad propia de las cariñenas de Porrera, y la complejidad aportada por ese pequeño y justo aporte de variedades como la syrah, la merlot o la cabernet, que completan el coupage. Otro vino que ejemplifica esa dualidad prioratina tan característica: la dureza, la aspereza de un paisaje, con la suavidad y la madurez de la fruta, y del vino. Se recomienda decantar antes de servir. Fermentación maloláctica 50% en depósito y 50% en barrica. Envejecido durante 14 meses en barricas de roble francés.
