Sant Antoni de Scala Dei forma parte del Proyecto Garnaches de Ricard Rofes, serie de 3 garnachas seleccionadas de diferentes fincas de suelos y alturas diferentes. Es la recuperación de un legado, la de las garnachas vinificadas como antaño en los años 70, aquellas que lograron emocionar a los que vinieron después a la zona, en tino de hormigón, con racimo entero y madera usada y este caso viña vieja de altura (600 msnm) plantada en 1945. El resultado una maravillosa garnacha elegante, fresca y perfumada.
