Syrah y Tempranillo. Criado 14 meses en barrica nueva de roble francés. Uvas vendimiadas a mano. Tinto equilibrado, potente, de taninos redondos y sedosos. Riqueza aromática notable. Maridaje: Platos principales a base de setas y estofados, filete de ternera a la pimienta negra, jabalí al horno, cochinillo relleno, tallarines con salsa de carne, Solomillo de ternera al vino, cordero al horno con patatas y quesos grasos y maduros.
Cosecha: Manual en cajas de 15 kg por parcelas y variedades.
Maceración: Pre-fermentativa en frío a 5ºC durante 24 horas.
Elaboración y crianza: Fermentación en tinas de roble francés. Segunda fermentación en barricas nuevas de roble francés durante 14 meses
