Barbadillo Manzanilla Pastora Pasada en Rama es la edición de manzanilla más antigua de la bodega. De color amarillo brillante, en nariz destacan los frutos secos y la manzanilla. Elegante, equilibrada, salina y sabrosa, tiene un paso firme por boca, además de persistencia. Una de las joyas de la bodega que perdura fresca y que emociona copa tras copa. Criado, bajo velo de flor, durante 9 años en barricas de roble americano de 600 litros mediante el sistema de soleras del Marco de Jerez.
