Gutiérrez Colosía está situada a las orillas del río Guadalete, en el Puerto de Santa María. Fundada en 1838, es una de las bodegas históricas de la región, hoy regentada por Juan Carlos Gutiérrez Colosía y su esposa Carmen Pou, de Mallorca. Oloroso Sangre y Trabajadero tiene una crianza mínima de 7 años. Su nombre proviene de la Calle Sangre, que colindaba con el mercado central del Puerto de Santa María, en ella se encontraban los carniceros, y Trabajadero, nombre que recibía la tonelería de Bodegas Cuvillo. Gutiérrez Colosía adquirió en la década de los ochenta la solera de esa bodega. Originariamente la familia Gutiérrez Colosía eran almacenistas, y empezaron a embotellar y comercializar sus vinos en 1997. Un Oloroso complejo con toques tostados y de membrillo. En boca es profundo, seco y muy largo. Perfecto acompañando quesos de oveja curados como los manchegos.
