Un fino viejo de pedro ximénez –con una edad media de más de 12 años– que procede de la solera más vieja de Bodegas Pérez Barquero. Producción de 3.000 botellas seleccionadas de entre 73 vasijas, y que expresan con fidelidad el deslumbrante terruño de donde proviene, la Sierra de Montilla Moriles y de los Altos Moriles.
