Cava elaborado siguiendo el método Champenoise, y con unas de las variedad típicas del champagne, la chardonnay. El resultado un cava elegante, diferente y con un sabor muy especial, que le condece su estancia en barrica, que aunque no es mucha, si es suficiente para conseguir el toque deseado. Fermentado y criado durante 3 meses en barricas de roble francés Allier y envejecido posteriormente en botella más de 36 meses.

Cava is located in La denominada región del Cava, que comprende fundamentalmente la comarca catalana del Penedés (provincias de Barcelona y Tarragona), donde se encuentra San Sadurní de Noya, el centro de producción más importante. El cava también se elabora en otros 159 municipios de España, de las provincias de Barcelona (63 municipios), Tarragona (52 municipios), La Rioja (18 municipios), Lérida (12 municipios), Gerona (5 municipios), Álava (3 municipios), Zaragoza (2 municipios), Navarra (2 municipios), Badajoz (1 municipio) y Valencia (1 municipio), que en su conjunto configuran la zona de producción denominada Región del Cava.
