Un Gran Claustro elaborado con una selección especial de uvas autóctonas (xarel·lo y parellada) en perfecto equilibrio con la chardonnay. Fermentado en barrica de roble y criado sobre lías. Parcialmente fermentado (30% chardonnay) en barricas de roble francés y criado sobre lías durante 4 meses. Envejecido durante un mínimo de 30 meses en botella antes de su degüelle.

The production region of D.O. Cava is located in La denominada región del Cava, que comprende fundamentalmente la comarca catalana del Penedés (provincias de Barcelona y Tarragona), donde se encuentra San Sadurní de Noya, el centro de producción más importante. El cava también se elabora en otros 159 municipios de España, de las provincias de Barcelona (63 municipios), Tarragona (52 municipios), La Rioja (18 municipios), Lérida (12 municipios), Gerona (5 municipios), Álava (3 municipios), Zaragoza (2 municipios), Navarra (2 municipios), Badajoz (1 municipio) y Valencia (1 municipio), que en su conjunto configuran la zona de producción denominada Región del Cava.
