Parés Baltà es una bodega 100% familiar de larga tradición en el Penedès, cuyos orígenes datan del año 1790. En los años 70, la familia Cusiné tomaron el relevo y actualmente la dirección de la bodega está en manos de la 3ª generación. Cultivan los viñedos de forma ecológica desde el 1790, y desde 2004 los vinos están certificados como ecológicos.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
