Tras dos décadas como enólogo en Pago de Carraovejas, Tomás Postigo nos presenta su vino más personal, el primero de la bodega que lleva su nombre, y con el que inicia su nueva etapa en solitario. Un verdejo, fermentado en barrica, elaborado a partir de cepas, cultivadas a 750 metros de altitud en Serrada, Rueda. En esta su segunda añada no deja de sorprendernos. Envejecido durante 7 meses en barricas de roble francés y americano.
