Un coupage de macabeo y chardonnay, al 50%, fermentado y criado en roble. La uva procede de viñedos viejos plantados, en el caso del macabeo, en el año 1958, una parte, y entre los años 60 y 70 el resto, y en la década de 1990 la chardonnay, en suelo de textura franco-arcillosa con algún substrato gravoso. Cérvoles Blanc realiza la fermentación alcohólica en barricas nuevas de roble francés y la crianza, con sus lías, en barricas de roble francés de grano fino durante 8 meses, con un bâtonnage periódico en los primeros meses que le aporta untuosidad y volumen.
Cérvoles Blanc es uno de los vinos blancos más reconocidos de Catalunya. Elaborado por Tomàs Cusiné en Costers del Segre, es un ensamblaje de macabeu y chardonnay que proceden de viñedos situados entre 700 y 800 metros y se cultivan en ecológico. Fermentó y se crió durante 8 meses en barrica. Un blanco seductor, untuoso y elegante perfecto para acompañar una comida con arroz, pescados guisados o a la brasa y quesos cremosos. Criado durante 8 meses en barricas de roble francés Allier.
