Batlliu de Sort, la bodega de alta montaña en el Pallars Sobirà, Lleida, presenta su primer vino blanco de viñedos situados en el Pallars Jussà. Pantigana nace de la curiosidad por elaborar vinos en una zona que, a pesar de la proximidad, goza de un clima menos extremo, casi mediterráneo. Después de un trabajo de búsqueda y ensayos en diferentes fincas, quedaron cautivados por una parcela plantada con garnacha blanca y macabeu de cepas viejas –de entre 40 y 50 años– que iban a ser arrancadas. Hoy la trabajan con prácticas ecológicas y elaboran un vino muy expresivo y fresco.
