Vino blanco seco elaborado a partir de cepas prefiloxéricas cultivadas, sobre suelos volcánicos, de forma artesanal y sin maquinaria. Para la elaboración de este vino se seleccionan rigurosamente uvas de la fina El Grifo, así como de otras parcelas de viticultores con los que la bodega colabora. Terminada la fermentación, el vino permanece con sus lías para potenciar la fruta y la especificidad de la malvasía volcánica, y ofrecer un vino untuoso, con cuerpo, perfecto para acompañar pescados, mariscos y quesos frescos.
