Un vino de autor, blanco y elaborado a partir de uvas Verdejo, siguiendo el método tradicional. Fermentado en depósitos de acero inoxidable con levaduras autóctonas a una temperatura controlada. Un verdejo muy agradable, de color amarillo paja, limpio y brillante. Aromas a manzana verde y hierba recién cortada. En boca es fresco y con acidez equilibrada, diferente y de corte moderno.
