El Equipo Navazos nos ofrece otra de sus pequeñas joyas. Esta vez junto al bodeguero portugués Dirk Niepoort y siguiendo los criterios que se seguían hace 200 años en el Bajo Guadalquivir. Lo describen así: "De la tierra caliza a la copa, pasando por la flor. Nunca antes, en tiempos recientes, la tradición y el futuro se fundieron con tanta autenticidad en una botella de vino andaluz". Se trata de un vino natural elaborado con uva palomino fino procedente de un viñedo de albariza con gran tradición e historia, al que no se añade aguardiente, bien al contrario de lo que ocurre con las manzanillas y los finos jerezanos, y que se engloba como vino de mesa o vino de la Tierra de Cádiz (aunque perteneciente a la zona de San Lúcar de Barrameda y etiquetado sin denominación de origen). Fermentado en barrica y criado durante 4-5 meses en barricas bajo velo de flor. Sin añadir aguardiente.
Climatología del viñedo: Atlantico con influencia mediterránea.
Suelo del viñedo: Albariza.

Vino de la Tierra de Cádiz is located in 15 municipios en la comarca vitícola andaluza de la provincia de Cádiz, España: Arcos de la Frontera, Chiclana de la Frontera, Chipiona, El Puerto de Santa María, Jerez de la Frontera, Vejer de la Frontera, Prado del Rey, Puerto Real, Rota Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Olvera, Setenil, Villamartín, Bornos, Trebujena y San José del Valle.
