El Grand Cuvee Blanc es un vino blanco opulento y generoso, resultado de una selección de parcelas de las viñas blancas más bellas de Domaine Lafage, ubicadas en los suelos marbro-esquistos de Torderes, un pueblo cerca de Fourques. De acuerdo con la denominación Côtes du Roussillon Blanc, estas cepas están compuestas por un 90% de garnacha blanca y un 10% de macabeo. El jugo extraído se fermenta naturalmente en demi-muids. Todo el vino envejece sobre sus lías finas durante un año, con batonnage semanal.
