La gama Catena Alta habla por sí misma: altitud y, por ende, frescor. Con este nombre y conociendo seguramente ya el excelente trabajo de esta bodega, pueden imaginarse lo que encontrarán en cada botella de Catena Alta Chardonnay: un blanco serio, caracterizado por la elegancia, la mineralidad, una excelente acidez, unos aromas penetrantes y una textura borgoñona. Se elabora con uvas de dos viñedos, el viñedo Adrianna (situado en Gualtallary) y el viñedo Domingo (en Villa Bastías). Un blanco de chardonnay preciso y sabroso, con un final ligeramente salino. Envejecido durante 14-15 meses en barricas de roble francés de 500 litros.
