El Fondillón es el vino rancio de Alicante. Procede de las mejores uvas Monastrell y está elaborado con el esmero y cuidado que requiere un vino generoso. Durante años reposa para su crianza en viejos toneles de roble. Tiene su origen en los desaparecidos viñedos de la huerta de Alicante y en algunas zonas de la cuenca media del Vinalopó. Como vino de postre goza desde tiempo inmemorial del prestigio y fama de los mejores vinos del mundo. Envejecido durante años en viejos toneles de roble.
