Es un vino denso, que ofrece lo mejor de una crianza paciente y cuidada, lleno de aromas y sabores de pasas, higos, notas de miel y de cacao, de toffee, un vino inmenso. Envejecido durante 25 años en barricas de roble.

Montilla-Moriles is located in 17 Municipios andaluces situados en la provincia de Córdoba, en España: Aguilar de la Frontera, Montilla, Moriles, Doña Mencía, Montalbán de Córdoba, Monturque, Nueva Carteya y Puente Genil, así como en parte de Baena, Cabra, Castro del Río, Espejo, Fernán-Núñez, La Rambla, Lucena, Montemayor y Santaella.
