Un clásico de esta bodega cordobesa con casi tres siglos de tradición. Un solera añejo, de potente aroma, elaborado a partir de uva pasificada al sol y criado por el sistema tradicional de criaderas y soleras, con sacas y rocíos periódicos, y con una crianza de cinco años en botas de roble americano.
Alvear Pedro Ximénez 1927 es un vino naturalmente dulce, elaborado con uvas pasificadas y según el sistema de solera y criaderas, de una solera que empezó hace unos 80 años. De un intenso color caoba, en nariz es rico, con ciruela, caramelo de café y chocolate. En boca es suculento, elegante y prácticamente sin fin, con notas de torrefactos y uva pasa. Goloso. Un vino a un precio espectacular, ideal para disfrutarlo solo o con quesos azules, postres de chocolate y turrones.

Montilla-Moriles is located in 17 Municipios andaluces situados en la provincia de Córdoba, en España: Aguilar de la Frontera, Montilla, Moriles, Doña Mencía, Montalbán de Córdoba, Monturque, Nueva Carteya y Puente Genil, así como en parte de Baena, Cabra, Castro del Río, Espejo, Fernán-Núñez, La Rambla, Lucena, Montemayor y Santaella.
