Bàrbara Forés Negre es un vino tinto de la D.O. Terra Alta, elaborado por la bodega Bàrbara Fóres. Bàrbara Forés Negre es un coupage de las variedades Garnacha Negra y, en menor proporción, de Syrah y Cariñena. Las uvas proceden de viñedos situados a una altura de entre 350 y 600m en el municipio de Gandesa (Tarragona). El viñedo se cultiva únicamente con abonos naturales y productos naturales. La elaboración deBàrbara Forés Negre empezó con una vendimia manual. Una vez en bodega se realizó una fermentación en depósitos de acero inoxidable a una temperatura entre 22º y 36ºC que duró 18 días. Finalizado el proceso fermentativo se hizo una maceración que duró 25 días. Por último el vino envejeció durante 12 meses en barrica de roble francés de Allier de 300 litros de capacidad.
