El Columpio Negre es un delicioso tinto mallorquín, elaborado mayoritariamente con la autóctona mantonegro y redondeado con variedades internacionales. Después de una vendimia totalmente manual, el vino fermenta pausadamente a temperatura controlada con remontados diarios para pasar después a barricas francesas de tostado medio en las que se afina durante unos cinco meses. Al abrir la botella, nos encontramos con un tinto de vivo color rojo cereza y aromas intensos de fruta negra madura, regaliz, especias y cacao. La entrada es fresca pero su centro es goloso, adornado de suculentos y jugosos taninos. En su final resaltan cierta dulcedumbre y elegantes recuerdos mentolados. Criado durante 6 meses en barricas de roble francés.
