El Buena Pinta es un particular vino tinto elaborado mayoritariamente con la variedad moravia agria, una uva autóctona de Castilla La Mancha. Entre sus virtudes destaca una fantástica acidez que contrarresta a las mil maravillas las bondades golosas de la garnacha y que aleja al Buena Pinta del perfil de vinos más común en la DO Manchuela. Los suelos arcillo-calcáreos de la finca ofrecen una uva magnífica que, trabajada bajo estrictos principios de viticultura ecológica y biodinámica, será capaz de convertirse en una materia prima de excepcional calidad. Después de una vendimia manual, el mosto de las uvas sin despalillar, obtenido por pisado, fermenta con levaduras autóctonas en tinas de madera abiertas. Posteriormente se cría durante 7 meses en barricas usadas de 600 litros de roble francés que respetan muchísimo la esencia del vino. Se embotella sin filtrar ni clarificar. Al verterlo en la copa, se observa un tinto de color rubí brillante y capa media-baja. Su nariz es perfumada y compleja, con los aromas de ceniza, cerezas y piel de ciruelas negras combinados con sutiles recuerdos de cacao y hojarasca. En boca es muy fresco y ligeramente amargo, amplio y vivo. Los tonos lácticos abrazan con delicadeza unos taninos agradablemente rústicos que aportan un carácter distintivo al vino. Pese a su imagen de aparente fragilidad, el Buena Pinta es un tinto de raza, pleno de carácter, floral, balsámico y especiado que ningún aficionado curioso debería perderse y, a ser posible, tras una buena aireación. Envejecido durante 7 meses en barricas de 600 litros de roble francés usadas.
