En el valle del Agly, en el Rosellón, Clos de Feés cuenta con parcelas de una fantástica diversidad geológica y con distintas orientaciones que enriquecen enormemente el resultado de sus elaboraciones. Del respeto a este gran terroir, a las variedades que crecen en él y del excelente trabajo de un vigneron como Bizeul, nacen vinos de gran expresión frutal, frescos, equilibrados y con una marcada pureza. Procedente de una única parcela de viñas viejas de garnacha que crecen en unas condiciones climáticas extremas (con vientos glaciales durante más de 200 días al año), La Petite Sibérie se completa con una pequeña aportación de monastrell y syrah (del 5 al 7%). Envejecido de 12 a 16 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés y embotellado sin filtración, el resultado es un vino atractivo que evoluciona en la copa durante varias horas. De aromas muy complejos (notas de frambuesa, cassis, especias, tostados, regaliz, toques de vainilla...), taninos firmes y sedosos y un largo y persistente final. Con un potencial de guarda de hasta 30 años y una madurez ideal en una década. Envejece entre 12 y 16 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés.
