Clos Dominic es una pequeña bodega familiar propietaria del matrimonio Paco Castillo y Dominic Bairaguet. La bodega nace en 2002 y cultiva su propio viñedo sin personal ajeno a la familia. Su máxima vocación es que todos los trabajos en el viñedo y en la bodega los realicen exclusivamente personas de la familia comprometidas con la calidad del vino que elaboran. Mucha fruta y mineralidad. Para la crianza sólo se emplean barricas nuevas, con alto aporte tánico.
