Un ensamblaje singular que nace de una selección de uvas de la propiedad, con la colaboración de las expertas manos de Stéphane Derenoncourt, y que se cría en barrica durante 18 meses. Un vino con carácter, firme en boca, con cierta rusticidad pero también nobleza, un vino elegante. Envejecido durante 18 meses en barricas nuevas (50%) y seminuevas de roble francés.
