Del reputado viñedo Adrianna elabora unos vinos excepcionales, tanto blancos como tintos. Y entre los tintos, encontramos tres grandes nombres: el Fortuna Terrae, el Mundus Bacillus Terrae y el River Stones. Todavía son poco conocidos, con producciones muy limitadas pero realmente espectaculares y emocionantes. El Fortuna Terrae procede de unas parcelas de suelos algo más profundos, con roca caliza en el subsuelo, y tiene un perfil más femenino, más fragante y floral, con menos intensidad de color y más amable en boca que sus semejantes; y con una deliciosa acidez.
