Un fragante monovarietal de garnacha que nos deleita en nariz, con sus notas de cereza, frutas del bosque, flores blancas y pétalos de rosa, y que se muestra muy agradable en boca: con una concentración justa y equilibrada, notas mentoladas y un tanino suave. Una garnacha apetecible y jugosa.
L'Equilibrista Garnatxa es el tinto fragante e intenso que se elabora en la finca Ca N'Estruc, situada en las laderas de la montaña de Montserrat. De nariz seductora con notas de frutitas rojas y hierbas mediterráneas y con una boca fresca y redonda con un final placentero que recuerda el regaliz y el caramelo de feria. Un tinto perfecto para acompañar quesos cremosos de cabra y oveja, embutidos ibéricos, así como carnes guisadas con salsas ligeras. Parcialmente fermentado en barricas de roble. Envejecido durante 14 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés.
