El vino tinto Gran Arzuaga está elaborado por Tinto Fino en un 75%, Cabernet Sauvignon en 20% y Blanca del Pais en un 5%. Pertenece a la D.O. Ribera del Duero. Estas uvas provienen de dos parcelas ambas con más de 900 metros de altitud, con rendimientos mínimos y largos ciclos vegetativos. Este vino tiene una crianza de 20 meses en barricas nuevas de grano fino Francesas, la cual produjo una decantación natural que evita todo tipo de procesos físicos ni químicos. Servir este vino a una temperatura entre 16º y 18º, antes de ser servido es recomendable decantarlo.

The production region of D.O. Ribera del Duero is located in La región de la cuenca del río Duero, de unos 115 kilómetros de longitud y 35 de anchura, situada en la confluencia de las provincias de Soria, con 19 municipios, Burgos, con 60 municipios, Segovia, con 4 municipios y Valladolid, con 19 municipios, pertenecientes todos ellos a la comarca vallisoletana de Campo de Peñafiel. Comienza aproximadamente por el este en San Esteban de Gormaz y se extiende hasta Quintanilla de Onésimo en el oeste.
