Anjoli se elabora con un coupage principalmente de garnacha (40%) y cabernet (40%), y envejece durante 16 meses en barricas de tercer y cuarto vino, lo que lo convierten en un vino más accesible si lo comparamos a sus dos mayores de bodega, mucho más complejos, Coma d'en Romeu y Terra d'Hom. Un vino fresco y frutal, especiado y con un toque dulzón. Envejecido durante 16 meses en barricas de tercer y cuarto vino de roble francés.
