Elaborado con uva procedente de dos pequeñas fincas de 1 y 1,5 ha, destacables entre les 14 mejores, por estar plantadas exclusivamente con cepas de cariñena cuya antigüedad se remonta a 1940, plantadas en vaso, con baja densidad y corta producción, este vino presenta una buena acidez que le dará longevidad. Un buen vino de guarda de esta bodega cooperativa. Envejecido durante 15 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés.
