De color oro oscuro con reflejos ámbar, este vino aúna la delicadeza y finura de los amontillados en nariz con el cuerpo de los olorosos en el paladar. El jerez más singular, seco, con aromas concentrados y notas de chocolate negro.
Lustau Palo Cortado Península pertenece a la gama Solera Familiar de la prestigiosa bodega jerezana. Son las antiguas soleras que Emilio Lustau fundó en sus inicios como bodega almacenista. Este Palo Cortado se encuentra a medio camino entre un amontillado, por su delicadeza y finura, y un oloroso, por su cuerpo y riqueza. Envejeció una media de 12 años en la bodega Emperatriz Eugenia. En nariz es intenso, marcado por notas de nuez y almendra con un recuerdo especiado. La boca es seca y concentrada con un final de café y cacao. Perfecto con guisos de carne y quesos curados. Envejecido en botas de roble americano, en el sistema tradicional de soleras y criaderas.
