Tradición Pedro Ximénez VORS es un extraordinario vino dulce elaborado por una de las pocas bodegas del Marco de Jerez que comercializa casi exclusivamente vinos muy viejos. Después de un asoleo –proceso de deshidratación de las uvas al sol– los mostos fermentaron parcialmente y se criaron una media de 40 años en el tradicional sistema de solera y criaderas. Profundo perfume en nariz de heno, regaliz, tabaco, avellanas y caramelo tostado. En boca es generoso y untuoso, con una larguísima persistencia de los aromas de ciruelas pasas, balsámicos y toffee. La etiqueta reproduce un plato pintado por Pablo Picasso que forma parte de la colección de arte privada de la bodega. Recomendamos servirlo fresco a 14ºC y disfrutarlo solo o acompañando postres a base de frutos secos o quesos curados y azules.
