Un tonel que durante 10 años nutrió la 2ª Criadera de Fino Jarana y que desde hace 6 años se ha mantenido en crianza estática. Las especiales condiciones de humedad y temperatura de bodega Las Cruces, donde este vino se cría con levaduras autóctonas, han permitido mantener un velo de flor compacto. En los dos últimos años este velo ha perdido vigor y densidad, favoreciendo una ligerísima oxidación. Vejez media: 8 años Producción: 480 botellas
