Situado en el valle del Marne, en el pueblo de Le Breuil en el corazón de la Champagne, son elaboradores des de hace varias generaciones, manteniendo el sistema tradicional. Con una superficie de 14 hectáreas en la zona Dormans (Valle del Marne), Cuis (Côte des Blancs) y Monthelon (región de Epernay), se trabaja con los tres tipos clásicos de cepas con un porcentaje del 60% de Pinot Meunier, un 10% de Pinot Noir y un 30% de Chardonnay. La vendimia se efectúa normalmente con una primera selección en el viñedo, y un delicado proceso, con una posterior fermentación a temperatura controlada. Cada añada se realiza un «coupage» según la climatología, seguido de un largo proceso de envejecimiento en la cava. Pierre Mignon a día de hoy se distribuye a diversos países de Europa y del mundo, con una muy buena aceptación.
