Clos Lentiscus Colection CRV Rosé Brut Nature está elaborado de la mano de los hermanos Manel y Joan Aviñó, que retoman la actividad de Can Ramon Viticultors del Montgròs en el 2001 siguiendo las prácticas de la biodinámica. Se elabora con uvas de la variedad syrah de viñedos situados en el Macizo del Garraf y se ha criado en botella más de 60 meses con sus lías.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
